Nice to see businesses closed the Thanksgiving again as it’s great for the employees. But remember not everyone is the same and sometimes work comradely is all some people have.

Took time out to improve yourself and now it’s time to get back to work? Don’t expect a golden result, or to cross a finish line. Instead focus on and appreciate any level of improved performance, no matter how small.
