The Rams' playoff destiny officially begins in Detroit, as the Rams beat the 49ers for the 1st time after losing to them in 9 consecutive regular season games (can't forget about the NFC Championship, too). But what Carson Wentz did, under Sean McVay and Mike LaFleur's leadership, was truly heroic and it simultaneously allowed our favorite rookie ever in Puka Nacua to break not only the receptions record for a rookie, but also the receiving yards record which was more than 63 years old. It seems everything came together for the Rams at the right time this season, and there's a belief amongst Rams fans that this game in Detroit is going to be more pressure-packed for the home team than it is for the visiting Rams.
