Ranch Girl Rants
Meet Shelly Covington-Montana. This gal is the real deal who spends months alone in the wilds of the Northern Cascades sleeping in a tent on top of her truck looking for the elusive Sasquatch. Shelly is a Certified Level II wildlife tracker/citizen scientist who is recognized and highly regarded in the world of Cryptozoology and all things Big Foot.
Shelly is a native Texan, known as a wilderness and wildlife enthusiast with a passion for conservation and preservation. Shelly’s search for the truth was fueled by her husband’s unexplained encounter in the winter of 1982 in the forest of east Texas. “Facts are truth, and I am hopeful with proper Wildlife DNA collection and analysis it could be a benefit and a standard in the search of the enigma we call Bigfoot.” Shelly primarily works as an independent, but is an active member of the Olympic Project as well as the Texas Bigfoot Research Center the BFRO as well as other private research groups.
Just wait until you hear about HER ENCOUNTER(s)!!! You won't want to sleep in a tent in the woods again!
Thanks for listening to our podcast and if you see a Big Foot... for God's sake... take decent photo and CALL US!!!!

Chris Wikeen is currently the Chief of the Lake California Fire Department in Cottonwood CA. With weather patterns changing and the conditions of California forests and vegetation in grave condition, Chris is witnessing fire behavior like he's never seen in his 44 years of fire service.
You'll be sitting on the edge of your seat for this one!
The Carr Fire started on July 23rd, 2018 just West of Redding CA near the town of French Gulch. The cause was a flat tire on a trailer that was throwing sparks onto the dry vegetation along Hwy 99 as the vehicle continued down the road. This fire killed 3 firefighters and 5 civilians and destroyed 1604 structures.
The Camp Fire started on November 8, 2018 in Paradise California by a faulty PG&E transmission line that was blown down by high winds. This fire killed 85 people and destroyed 18, 804 structures. The entire town of Paradise and Magalia were destroyed.
The Camp Fire the deadliest and most destructive wildfire in California History.
Part 1 of this episode Jan and Denise talk about country livin' and how little things like water and internet access come a little easier for city folk. Denise gets into a hilarious argument with a computer on the phone to get her internet back, Jan has to "pull her pump" and get's into a tug-o-war with Satan.
Part 2 - Denise gives her take on the latest Democratic debate, that morphs into a discussion over the awful health care system in the US that somehow morphs into a discussion about their favorite show on Starz, Outlander. They have no idea what one has to do with the other.. but that's how their brains work.
Ya'll want to go on a roller coaster ride? Well come on then... let's do this!
In this episode, we get to talk to Anthropologist Cindy Caddell about the possibilities of 8-10 foot bipedal beings roaming the Earth. Could they currently exist? Are the legends true?
