Many analysts can get stuck in the data of a story and actually get it wrong because they don't have the full perspective. That's why having the anecdotal intel of what's happening in local markets can actually go hand in hand with the data. In the first half of this video, we talk specifically about stories in the field. In the second half, my editor Nathan asks for some clarification behind the reasons one might refinance their home.

Everything that has happened in the last 6 months has caused life to speed up in many ways. One of those ways was the migration out of cities due to Covid-19 and now even more because of the chaos in cities across the county. President Trump also signed an executive order to put a stay on all evictions until the end of the year. Here are my thoughts on why I'm not worried about it.

Build for Rent is a trend that is picking up steam in the institutional investor space. We love the benefits it brings to all parties involved, so we are working to package new homes for smaller investors.
