Randall Grier Ministries' The Word & Spirit Podcast

The Lord said "Quit praying for the power... Prepare yourself and get ready for it because if you're not ready for it, it'll put you on a spiritual junk [heap]."

Too many Christians are praying for the power of God, when they aren't prepared for it. The anointing carries with it the responsibility to live a life above reproach. In this message, Rev. Randall Grier shares about the word that the Lord shared with him about prayer, the anointing, and the scriptural precedent that performing miraculous works without a personal relationship with Christ results in those actions being judged as works of iniquity.

Are you feeling stuck in your spiritual walk, hitting a boundary you can't seem to cross? In this powerful message, Randall Grier exposes the unseen ceilings and spiritual limitations that the enemy uses to hold back both individuals and the church as a whole.

Learn the vital biblical key to launching into your destiny: In order to go forward in the future, you must first connect with the past.

Using the powerful biblical example of Jesus Christ submitting to the baptism of John the Baptist, Rev. Grier explains the proper protocol of God—showing how honoring and respecting the anointing of the previous generation is what opens the heavens and unlocks the fullness of your future anointing.

This message also dives deep into the reality of dormant spiritual blocks like fear, insecurity, and rebellion that lie hidden until a specific event triggers them. If you are ready to face your fears, stop operating on a spiritual roller coaster, and break through every limitation the enemy has set against you, this message is for you!

Every believer has access to wisdom that cannot be discovered through natural reasoning alone. In this message, Rev. Randall Grier explores what the Bible calls the mysteries of God—sacred truths that the Holy Spirit reveals to those who seek Him.

Drawing from Scripture and personal experiences, Rev. Grier explains how believers can learn to recognize the leading of the Holy Spirit, pray in the Spirit, and receive divine direction for life's decisions. He shares why God has entrusted His people with authority, how revealed wisdom brings clarity in uncertain times, and why developing a close relationship with the Holy Spirit is essential for fulfilling God's purpose. This teaching will encourage you to grow spiritually, become more sensitive to God's voice, and walk confidently in the plans He has prepared for your life.

Rev. Grier reveals that we are in a season of a major move of God that must take place before the coming of the Lord. He shares a supernatural vision detailing three phases of Christ's return, starting with a massive outpouring of the Spirit designed to prepare the church and reach the world. He also explores the prophetic legacy of Kenneth E. Hagin, how his ministry raised up a generation to serve as forerunners for the Second Coming. Despite the enemy's attempts to thwart God's plan, believers today are destined to be right in the middle of this unprecedented move of glory. This message is a call to shake off discouragement and press into a supernatural life, as the glory of God is already rolling in for those ready to receive it.

Most believers pray like God might move. But victorious prayer doesn’t wonder—it declares. This message exposes the weakness of doubt-filled prayers and shows you how to pray with boldness, faith, and spiritual authority. When you know what the Word says and who you are in Christ, you’ll stop begging and start seeing results.

🙌 What this message reveals:• Why God is tired of “scared prayers” full of doubt and unbelief• How to pray like Elijah did—with results that changed a nation (James 5)• The difference between faith prayers and begging prayers• What the Word says about the armor of God and your authority (Ephesians 6)• How to use the shield of faith and the sword of the Spirit in your prayer life• Why confession must match your prayer—say it, don’t just pray it• Powerful examples of intercession, answered prayer, and bold declarations• Warnings against lazy, casual Christianity that opens the door to defeat• Why deeper prayer leads to deeper spiritual experiences and revelation

If you're tired of praying and not seeing results, this message will equip you to stand strong, pray boldly, and move forward in victory. The move of God is here—don’t whisper your way through it.

Most Christians believe—but they don’t say anything. This message reveals the life-changing truth that your words are the key to receiving what God has already provided. Faith without confession is powerless, and what you say consistently will shape your reality.

📣 Here’s what you’ll learn:• Why there’s a God-side and a man-side to receiving anything from heaven• What Jesus taught about speaking to mountains and how it still works today (Mark 11:23)• How God created the world by speaking—and how you can do the same in your life• Why persistence in confession matters—even when results are delayed• How to speak life, not death, and direct your future with your tongue

If you don’t like the world you're living in—speak a new one into existence. It’s not magic. It’s biblical.

Many believers are stuck waiting on God to move—when the truth is, God is waiting on you. He’s already finished the work through Jesus. Now it’s your turn to act on His Word, step out in faith, and build what He’s called you to build. The only thing standing between you and the promise is movement.

🪜 This message breaks it down:• Why God can’t do what He’s already done—He’s waiting on your faith• The woman with the issue of blood: She didn’t wait—she took what was hers (Mark 5)• How to step out of the boat on a single word from God, just like Peter• Why faith is always present tense—hope says “someday,” faith says “now”• How to grow in faith without getting out of balance• The power of starting small: Don’t claim a mansion if you’ve never believed for rent• Why prayer is the most powerful place on Earth—and how to use it to move nations

If you’re ready to stop waiting and start walking, this message will help you shift into action and finish what God started in you.
