Today's episode I talk about my problem with Scott Disick in the new Kardashians reality TV show on Hulu (just the first season though). The epidemic of women falling for toxic men and staying in relationships with them for years has got to stop, and this show is proof of it. I also talk about what I did like about the first season and my final thoughts about toxic relationships and people trying to get out of them.

Today's episode I'm being honest about what I've been thinking about with where my life is going. Being 24 and living with my parents while unemployed has me thinking what direction my life is heading towards and how I am going to get there. Also with a recent diagnosis, I've been doing a lot of writing in multiple journals to keep track of this new journey and to put my thoughts onto paper for a future book. The past month I've been thinking about how everything in my life can turn into art, but the process of making it that is currently getting to me. If you're reading this and are going through something similar, just know you're not alone and it's okay to not be okay. We all have our days when we hit a low, but the way we overcome is what should be remembered instead of how we fell.

Today I share with the world my child, well not literally. Today I'm reading the first "chapter" of my debut novel. This is mean to be a coming of age novel for college students with college freshmen Mia & Donato as the main characters. We see the two perspectives of being a freshman in college from these two characters and we see them deal with being away from home for the first time, making new friends, attempting to overcome/discovering mental health issues and more. The drama is intense, and the laughs are genuine, and I hope you love every line of this book like I do. This is the rough draft so there's no final touches on it yet. Today's episode is another rant about men (shocker). I talk about how I have been training for the role of Man humbler since I was in elementary and how I did it. I talked so much that I needed to break the episode into two parts and somehow I still managed to forget some stories that I wanted to put in the episode. Nonetheless, I enjoyed doing another rant about people who annoy me because this is the closest thing to therapy I'm going to get until I find a good social worker to talk to. I talk about the multiple definitions of trauma and how they negatively affect the people who experience. To those who have experienced church trauma, you are seen, you are heard, and I'm sorry you experienced what you did. God did not approve of what happened to you.

Today's episode I talk about Barbie The Movie and why it's one of the best films I've seen this year. Okay maybe that's exaggerating it, but I do explain my interpretations of the movie and why I loved it so much I watched it twice (and am actually going to see it a third time).

Hi everyone, this episode is the start of a new season of the podcast where I go into deeper topics I've been wanting to talk about ever since I started this podcast. The reason why I never started is because of personal feedback I would receive and it would make me feel like I shouldn't have talked about the topic I mentioned and I play it safe again. This time it's going to be different, and the first topic I mention is my relationship with my body and the insecurities I've had since I was a child. This isn't something new that's being talked about on the internet, but I wanted to be another person that shared their experience praying it'll help someone else. Everyone's testimonies can help someone whether we know it or not, so I'm not going to hide mine any longer. I hope you're able to learn something from this episode or feel heard/seen.
