Today’s list is all about secret foods you can order at your neighborhood Starbucks, McDonalds and a bunch of other places. FYI…you haven’t lived until you tried McD’s Surf & Turf Sandwich. FYI…I apologize about the FedEX truck, but that’s what I get for power walking mid-morning.

Today, I thought I'd do things a little different, with my 2 minute-ish recap of episode 7 of the Bachelorette with Katie. Truth be told, it’s closer to 3 minutes and change. But, if you don’t want to watch the entire 2 hour episode, consider this a pleasant second option. Oh, and the only thing I did forget to mention was Blake getting upset for telling Katie that he wasn’t in love with her, but working towards it. FYI…a bird did interrupt me while power walking, but that shouldn’t count against my recap time.

Hope you had a great weekend. Yep. It’s blue Monday and you’re not alone. There are concrete facts that prove Monday’s are not great (suck). That being said, there are a few bright spots. Here are the facts. Oh and FYI…if I seemed a bit out of sorts at the end it’s ‘cause I ran into a dog that didn’t look so friendly. Hey, those are the risks of neighborhood power walking.
