This week we finally get to talk about The New Mutants since it was released on Blu-ray and VOD. There was also a new episode of Adventure Time: Distant Lands featuring Princess Bubblegum and Marceline. Along with a new episode of The Mandalorian, Disney+ also released the LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special. The second season of His Dark Materials has also started.

This week you can hear about two movies. The first is an interesting Russian-made film called Sleepless Beauty. It's kind of like a Saw movie but less gruesome. Search the trailer on youtube and you'll see. Then there's a movie released in September called Ava with a bunch of famous actors like Jessica Chastain, John Malkovich, Colin Farrel, Geena Davis, Common, and more. It wasn't so great... But what was pretty great was an Egyptian show (now on Netflix) called Paranormal. It was a nice six-episode series. Hopefully there'll be more. And of course there's The Mandalorian, The Undoing, comics and more.

This week's episode features the sequel to the awesome Train to Busan. Peninsula is set four years later, and...my expectations might have been a little high. There was also an interesting semi-horror movie on Netflix called His House you should check out. On the TV side there is only The Undoing and The Mandalorian.

There isn't as much to talk about this week, but I still managed to make the show about three hours. The main feature is the return of The Mandalorian on Disney+. There was a new Scooby-Doo Halloween animated movie with most of the recent classic voice cast. There were some surprise guest stars as well. I was surprised and loved The Queen's Gambit miniseries on Netflix starring Anya Taylor-Joy. There's also a new HBO show with Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant you should be watching.

It's another full podcast with the movie feature looking at Dylan O'Brien's Love And Monsters. It was a really fun movie. There's a huge chunk of time dealing with the entire season of Marvel's(?) Helstrom. The question mark is because it really doesn't feel like it's in the MCU and maybe that's how Marvel Studios wants it. You can also hear about the season finale of Lovecraft Country and the season(?) finale of The Third Day.

It's another really long episode as the feature is the entire season of The Haunting of Bly Manor. It was a good season and pretty cool seeing how all the little set ups pay out as it reached the conclusion. This week's movie feature is a new take on the Sherlock Holmes mythos with Millie Bobby Brown playing the titular role as his sister in Enola Holmes. There's also this guy named Henry Cavill playing Sherlock. There was a Nurse Ratched show on Netflix. Hear about the first half of the season this week. There was also the South Korean zombie movie #Alive which is worth checking out as well. There's a new HBO show with Jude Law called The Third Day. It's only six episodes and is off to a great start.
