An avid equestrian, she also discusses her work with horses and even shares a bit of her work with service animals.

Licensed Professional Counselor Catherine McConnell is back on A Few Minutes With to discuss the unique stressors and challenges faced by many during the holiday season. With topics ranging from Anniversary Syndrome, missing family and even suicide prevention, Catherine sheds a ton of light on not only these challenges, but on ways to cope and see your way through them.
