Doing this podcast has really helped me open up and come out of my shell. It’s given me the confidence to talk about things I used to hide or feel ashamed of. Through this experience, I’ve learned how powerful it can be to use my voice — to speak honestly about my feelings and the difficult moments life has thrown my way.
