In celebration of episode 183, Joe and Kari rank the songs that peaked at number 83 on the Hot 100 throughout the 1980's. Songs from The Tourists, Carly Simon, Blue Oyster Cult, and Quarterflash are included, but only one song can take the top spot. Here's a hint: it's from a sister act!
