From "Shout" the Buffalo Football Podcast Ryan Talbot talks about what the reaction was to the Bills vs Chiefs game from last weekend as well as what the team has to look forward to next season.  RJ and Ryan also talk about what the Bills organization has to do next season to get back to the playoffs and to the Super Bowl.  With the possibility of Brian Daboll getting a head coaching job elsewhere Ryan talks about the possible replacement for him; as well as the areas the Bills need to improve on to ensure their dominance in the AFC East next season.  All this and much more on this episode

We are two weeks away from the Royal Rumble as RJ and Justin Rant about the January 13th edition of Smackdown from St Pete Forum in Tampa, Florida.  The triple threat match at the Royal Rumble between the WWE Champion JBL, Kurt Angle , and Big Show is being pushed even more so on this episode as we see an "abduction" of a member of the roster. There is a part the show when RJ will go off the hinges and have some interesting things to say about the main even segment.  With Justin seeing this Smackdown for the first time he gives his thoughts on who on Smackdown deserves to be on the mount rushmore of greatest workers off all time.  Finally, RJ and Justin add two more themes  to the ever growing Wresting with Music rankings.

Justin and RJ start 2022 on a trajectory to the main event of the month; the 2005 Royal Rumble.  But first we Rant about the first WWE RAW of 2005.  This show is the go home show for New Years Revolution where a new World Heavyweight Champion will be crowned inside of the Elimination Chamber.  It is very evident on this program the build to the PPV as well as planting some seeds in the minds of the WWE universe for feuds going into the rumble and farther.  Hear what the boys have to Rant about as well as two more additions to the Wrestling with Music rankings

On the cusp of the debut on January 7 of his new podcast with AEW superstar Matt Hardy "The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy" Jon Alba sits down with RJ for some great conversations about this and so much more.  As the "Emmy Award Winning" Jon Alba has run all over the competition in Limitless Pro Wrestling with his faction Prestigous. From independent wrestling to ad free shows with Up 4 Debate with Danny Cage, Jon has done it all and we certainly touch on it all.

We commence this great month of WCW wresting with the biggest pay per view in WCW history; Starrcade 1997.  Justin and RJ are also welcomed by Amy Vaughn as Rants with the bets of the on this show.  Some good things can be taken away from the show but also some bad things can also be taken away.  Because Amy won our contest this month she had the opportunity to watch one of the matches from this card.  Seeing that it was such a great card we allowed her to pick two.  The three of us watch Larry Zbyszko vs Eric Bischoff and Hogan vs Sting to end the show.  Lastly, Amy came in hot with her objections to our Wrestling with Music rankings.  Listen to find out if Justin and RJ made some adjustments or not.
