  • GRND CTRL, Support Up and Onward

GRND CTRL is creating his next hit or inspiring your own. By the way, if you didn't know, it is pronounced Ground Control. He started as a producer (picked that name because he wanted to help guide others while they shoot for the stars). He's 24 and he moved to Seattle 3 years ago. Also, he graduated college with a BBA in Marketing. Tonight's interview is not just any other conversation, we are tackling topics of such, hardest aspects of growing brands as an artist/producer, revelation of taking this seriously, and impacts COVID have on the music making process and other fascinating topics worth listening to. Plus, he's got a feature coming out some time, sitting on a sample pack, and am about to finish up the final mix on a song. Trust me, don't sleep on this one. Whenever you wake up, check out his other hits and socials!

  • The Moths Flew Left Field To Ekko

Let's keep this nice and easy. Ekko is a RapPad legend who's beats are just too extraordinary to describe and he's a verified producer according to the site (major plus). Currently his exclusive beats are $80 and leases are $40. Then there's The Moths aka prodleftfield. Leases are $30 and exclusive is $70. See what I did there? The reason why I put those different prices was to mess with your heads (my apologies, but they are written on the internet lol). Anyways tonight's interview will focus on the 3rd album the moths just released on May 5th, a studio EP, his relationship with Polarboiyeahz, experience in the musical industry and beyond, and so much more you can't miss. Plus, if you listen carefully, you might even be shocked by what you like. If you into what you heard and wanna learn more, be sure to check out more of their music down below and stay connected to all their information and so much more on the way!

  • theyAreGhost, Bone Chilling Killing Field Right At Home

Ghost is a California raised gender non-conforming artist, born July 1991 in Riverside California. Learning from the greats, Ghost started honing their storytelling abilities by listening to rappers such as 2Pac, The Nortorious B.I.G, Nas, and Ludacris. When Ghost decided to make a YouTube channel and start rapping they were heavily inspired by Logic, who opened up Ghost’s eyes to the fact that peace, love and positivity could make money in the rap game. Now listening to artists such as Kid Cudi, J Cole and CHIKA Ghost has crafted themselves into a Swiss army knife of flows, easily able to go from a hard hitting rap verse to a melodic hook. A Champion for mental health, Ghost’s lyrics speak about their struggle with their own mental health and the darkness it brings, while trying to spread the message of positivity and acceptance. As a parent Ghost’s Children are a big inspiration for their music, much of what Ghost talks about is what they want to see change in the future for their kids. In 2021 Ghost met Lincoln, Nebraska based rapper Jinx and his Brother, Producer Cryptic-X, and immediately hit it off with both of them. 7 months later Ghost took a flight out to Lincoln and founded Killing Field Records with Jinx and while recording their first Album at Cryptic-X’s studio. Not showing any signs of slowing down, Ghost made a big move in April 2022 and moved from California to Lincoln, Nebraska to run the label. On August 7th, 2022 Ghost released their first studio album "Ghost Stories" featuring a beat from Cryptic-X on the opening track. We are talking all about his new label in fact, his relationship with other musicians, skills and techniques to production and musical creativity, and much more. If you into this "Bone Chilling" discovery, show him your support by checking out more of his music and record label!
