Jackie and Jessie are joined by Heather, a super mom to two boys. Her first son Camden started displaying signs of disease the day he was born. After almost two years of tests, P.T, and feeding tubes- Heather finally got the diagnosis of Charcot Marie Tooth Disease. Camden's mutation of this disease is ultra rare, and he is one of only three known cases in the world.
