In this one, we commiserate with all of those who are struggling with sleep. Both Jackie and Jessie have had issues with all of their kids sleep, and we talk about the different methods we have used, what has worked and what hasn't.
To highlight-what works for neither of us is the shame surrounding the topic of sleep. What you do to keep your sanity, or what works best for your family (assuming that it's safe for the child in question) is what works. This might be totally different from what your neighbor, bestie, or interwebs professionals say to do but that's OK. We see you, we feel your pain. Grab your coffee, and if you don't drink coffee-this podcast is not for you (Just kidding we love you all...but non coffee drinkers-how do you do it?!)
