If you're tense and want to "relax"... this is the podcast for you. The problem is that when your brain gives the muscles all over your body the command to "RELAX"... the lines of communication from the brain to a muscle group are not that well established. This technique will repetitively work those lines of communication until you get to the point where you say RELAX... that message actually gets to the muscles that you are interested in.
The end result is that you will have the ability to "shut down" on command so that you can let yourself have a "power nap" any place, any time, and when you get up after the nap you will find yourself noticeably refreshed and relaxed.
Only good things can come from this so far as the body is concerned.
