Kacy and I celebrated our 3 year wedding anniversary in San Antonio and had an absolute blast!!

This episode recaps our awesome, laugh-filled weekend.

I FANGIRLED over meeting two of my idols (Brendan Schaub and Bryan Callen), and I even made them laugh (so we're basically best friends now). 

2020 is a weird time. People do outlandish and off the wall things, daily. 

But amidst all of the chaos and "new normal".......tattoos are STILL looked at as a taboo topic?

I dont understand it. I never have understood it. And I never will

Im lucky enough to have one of my favorite sports (MMA) still active during the lockdown, and anyone who knows me, knows for the past few years ive been TELLING ALL FIGHT FANS THAT SUGAR SEAN O'MALLEY IS TAKING OVER THE BANTAMWEIGHT DIVISION! His knockout this weekend solidified that statement. Although, his rivals in the division laid out an impressive body of work this weekend as well. Aljamain Sterling and Cody Garbrandt had great fights and are in the title contention conversation as well.

Although MMA is here, I cant wait to see my other two favorite sports, Texas Rangers Baseball and Dallas Stars Hockey rev back up!

The change in seasons is in full effect, especially here in Texas! We have had a very rainy winter/spring, but summer is finally and it has brought alot of sunshine and heat!

In today's episode we go over a topic known as "Seasonal Affective Disorder" or SAD. Seasonal affective disorder is essentially what most people refer to as seasonal depression, the change in emotions and feelings due to the change in weather. We touch on how this summer season and all of the sunshine has had such a positive impact on Kacy (and myself for that matter) and all of the benefits of getting outside and soakin up some Vitamin D.

Todays 10 minute rant is over terrible customers, the "Karens and Beckys" of the world. 

If you've ever been a part of the service industry or had to deal with the general public, you know these customers. In this episode I recap some of my personal experiences with awful customers. Complain and complain until they get what they want! Maybe as a society, we are setting an example that this kind of childish behavior is okay......weeellllll, not in my book.

Started a NEW episode series that I will periodically put out, this series will feature short "rants" over certain topics and will be roughly 10 minutes long,

I tend to think of myself as a positive person, but every now and then you gotta let off some steam....thats where this series comes in handy. 

Todays 10 minute topic is over Internet Experts and Keyboard Warriors. This group of people never ceases to amaze me. Picking fights online/outwardly seeking argumentation/ avoiding civil conversation to shove their point across....etc etc. Ill just never understand!
