In this episode I sat down with myself about why I made basic financial concerns the barrier between myself and the creative abundance I have at my disposal. The abundance isn' t

an invisible thing.. your eyes are just closed to it.

The conversation I have with myself is raw, grounded, and simple in a way that could make a person reflect on their own barriers.

Whether its your finances, or your lack of support and community.. When we reach certain walls in our life, the faster we realize that we are the ones that put them there.. dismantling or moving through the walls gets familiar , (not easier) we become stronger, and get to our desired destinations faster.

I think the wisdom of my age is finally settling into my body. Im Finally seeing the world around me through the eyes of my own transformation.. 

and im not saying it was magic.. but Im here now and it feels like it.. my 30th year is coming to an end and I feel new..

I'ts time to take risks again. One day you will get to a place where you realize how far you've come.. It will be so far that now there is absolutely NOTHING behind you to cling to that is familiar or comfortable to stay.. so the only place to go is over the edge..And also i thought about it like this: if you are afraid of heights .. you will always exist in the same fear if you live on the edge of a cliff.. if you want the fear to subside you have to go beyond it to see this fear from a new perspective to maybe get rid of it.. if you stay behind the ledge the same fear exists.. if your right on the edge and stay..the fear intesifies.. when you leap there is opportunity for so much more discovery in you..and thats why we leap. not because it isnt scarry but because we already predict who we’ve been and the outcome of ourlives in that state of fear.. i think some of us leap because we are ready to be surprised by our own being and its abilities..

I think anxiety is.. creating invisble walls, barriers, and doors for us to walk through. No one can see and feel them but us yet they feel real .. Real enough to impact us in our physical world.. Also, with these bariers we create.. doesnt exist anywhere outside of ourself..Most people are not goverened by the same restrictions we put on ourselves so most times in our relationships we exist in an emotional world that our partners cant understand unless they suffer in the same ways.. here is a video about navigationg anxiety with a level head. i hope you enjoy.

Sometimes we get deep into our healing journey with a clear understanding of the work required ..so much that we forget to set an expectation of reciprication from the universe. The limitation in hearts through fatigue, distractions, and insecuritiesputs a limit to our expectations as well. We have to belive in our "second-wind" and capacity to hold abundance in order to receive..What you see in this video if the full arc of my own understanding..From existing in doubt and fatigue.. to shifting into a mindset of abundance and openness!
