During my recent surgery recovery I had the opportunity to get to the bottom of why setting unrealistic expectations causes setbacks and how it affects yours goals and relationships. I feel like in order for his legacy to continue it's in us to take the example and lessons he gave us and carry them with us and apply them in our daily lives.
