Episode 1:  A tribute to Dr. Vance and the Young Scholars Program.  From the the 1988 - 2002, Dr. Vance ran one the nation biggest and most successful National Science Foundation's Young Scholars Program.   He crafted it for the underrepresented groups in STEM and made a lasting impact on hundreds of students through the life of the program.  We solute Dr. Vance and the Young Scholars Program with the inaugural episode of UEF.
