Raw Islam 26: LIVE from Medina while on Hajj

This episode opens Imam Azhar giving us a tour of the area where he is, after just finishing his morning prayers.
He then asks B.C. Dodge what his feelings are about hearing that more than 2 million Muslims from all over the world have gathered in Mecca and Medina for this pilgrimage, or as it is known hajj. B.C. responds by saying that it seems like a lot of people in one area – again confirming his anti-social behavior and confirming why he does podcasting for a living!
Imam Azhar goes on to talk about the serenity there is in the area – even with people coming from all over the world and not being able to communicate very well; they are coming together with one propose, to preform hajj, to honor the tradition of the Prophet Mohammed (p.b.u.h.) and the Prophet Abraham (p.b.u.h.).
No one that is preforming a race starts the race strong and ends weak, if this is how you preform, no one will remember you. It is all about how you finish the race that you started. With this in mind, Imam Azhar tell us that God has given Muslims around the world, regardless if you are there or not, you can still fast and pray for forgiveness at this time (well anytime really).
