Accountability isn't just about holding those in our charge accountable. Accountability is much broader than that. Let's give this another shot - I started the ABC's of Leadership over a year ago on LinkedIn. The podcast platform is a much easier way for me to keep up with this series. So, here we go again! Organizations are still not setting clear expectations by role. Performance evaluations are still yielding 'deer in the headlights' moments from employees and this is a big problem. The lack of clear expectations has significant repercussions. In this episode of Raw Leadership: The Podcast I offer a pretty simple solution. Listen in so you can learn how to set the B.A.R. and offer your teams clarity on what success looks like in their roles.
Following on the heels of the Saturday Morning Leadership podcast I thought it would be important to dive into the concept of work-life balance. I mentioned in the last podcast I recorded with Shelley Smith [owner of Premier Rapport] that I felt the idea of work-life balance was a fallacy and felt it was important to help my audience understand why I feel that way, how we should be looking at work and life, and what things we can do to drive synergy or integration between the two. Listen in and let me know what you think. #rawleadership
