Following on the heels of the Saturday Morning Leadership podcast I thought it would be important to dive into the concept of work-life balance. I mentioned in the last podcast I recorded with Shelley Smith [owner of Premier Rapport] that I felt the idea of work-life balance was a fallacy and felt it was important to help my audience understand why I feel that way, how we should be looking at work and life, and what things we can do to drive synergy or integration between the two.
