It's hard to find the time to do anything as a new mum, let alone record a podcast! So I decided to drive around the block and take a few mins to chat about body image battles after baby. It's not a polished episode, but it's a few things that's been on my mind about the struggles we woman go through with out bodies.

Welcome to our first ever guest on the show, my birth buddy Mela. Tonight Mela talks about her week long birth story during Covid, and then touches on her struggles with Breastfeeding.
