Writer/Director Matt Mazany challenges David and Winston this week with the specific preparation of raw onions. The episode kicks off with a sesame bar sent all the way from England that the hosts try on air. For the raw onion tasting, raw shallots, yellow and red onions are served along with a prepared yellow onion in a baking soda bath, a flash frozen yellow onion, a lemon juice soaked red onion, and a mignonette sauce PLUS a BRAT(wurst) off using these raw onions as the topping.
