We kick off today with the Court's consideration of a Motion for Rehearing filed and granted by Justice Joe on the Moonbeam ruling from episode 3. Then, Associate Justice Mikey the Merchant joins us to consider the case of DM v. Shield Spell, where we decide how much information a player can receive about the attack before choosing to cast the spell (submitted by Joe's friend Jason--sorry we forgot to shout you out!). We then discuss our thoughts on character alignment and legal systems in fantasy worlds and what "realness" means in a D&D game.
We're also thrilled to announce the start of RAW School, a sub-podcast of RAW & Order where Ana and Joe will cover everything you need to know about playing D&D, starting with the basics. Look out for the first episode to drop soon! Are you new to D&D entirely, and have questions? Reach out to us--we may discuss your questions on the podcast and even invite you on as a guest!
