Ye episode maine driving ke dauran banaye hai, background sound ke liye khed hai. Apne sujhav share karen aur aap kya sunana chahte hain, mujhe batayen.

Sharing my secrets which i learn during my own body transformational journey. Having lost 13 kilos, reduce my clothing size from L to M to S now, right from my garage during lockdown, I found my passion 4 fitness.

Just few months ago I was frustrated with my mirror image(you know what I mean), lethargic, sick and tired of my increasing beer belly. My kids curious to know if I have swallowed basketball or having a baby. My partner weird looks at my growing belly, does not feel good.

I was in pain, insecure, frustrated and I started on a transformational journey.

Along the way I spend countless hours, effort and money to learn, grow and develop a framework which is simple, effective and transferable.
