Earlier this week, the feds announced the sovereign wealth fund. The conservatives, including Andrew Scheer, member of Parliament for Regina—Qu'Appelle, former Conservative Party leader and former Speaker of the House, are calling this the "debt fund." Scheer joins the show to share why he thinks Canadians would be better off without this fund.
