Ray Bartone hired me at Aceto Corp. back in the early 2000's and thence began my first leg in the nutritional marathon. There are a great many things I learned from Ray but the most influential lesson was understanding sales is a function of follow-up and only follow-up. Be excellent with follow-up and be excellent in sales. He was a long tenured executive at Aceto Corp. until he chose to step away from the industry at the end of 2019.
