Ray Bing is from Savannah, GA. He shares how he has been freely running for the past 9 years. His first taste of running was high school track and cross country. He picked it back up in the year of 2011 towards the end.

Ray then read the book born to run like many others and got highly inspired. Over the years, Ray has always been all about staying fit, as it has helped his progress through man aspects of his personal life including his work life.
