I think communication is the most important pollar when it comes to any type of human connections & that's why it's important for us to learn how to communicate with ourselves and others around us, in order to have better experiences, and beautiful as well as healthy connections.

Mommy & daddy issues are way more common than we think, and instead of shaming others or being ashamed for having them, we need to understand the roots of this kind of behaviours, be mindful of ourselves & open to listen to others and value their experiences.

Self confidence, just like any other practice, it takes time to be a master at, but the more you believe in yourself & the more you work on your inner growth. This will get easier with time. Shifting our mindsets from a bad place to a peaceful one will only help us bloom into who we've always wanted to become.

Most people have been stuck in this pattern before, because truth is being wounded & broken is more common than growing up feeling entirely safe, or in a loving environment. However as adults, we are responsible for our own healing & that's why we can, and should break free from unhealthy patterns, like the one we talked about & be brave enough to value ourselves, and want what is the most healthy for us, in all aspects, especially emotionally & mentally.

We live a very fast moving life & it's more than important for us to not only slow our bodies down, but also our brains. Meditation is the tool to help us accomplish living in the moment & being stress free, which is very benificial and can help us be conscious and gain control over our own beings.
