A terraforming scientist played by Richard Kiley arrives at the station with his gigantic ego and young wife played by Salli Richardson-Whitfield. The mystery of the episode unravels as Sisko realizes the scientist's wife is a doppelganger for a women he keeps running into on the promenade....yet the two women are somehow unaware of each other. Or are they!?
