Resilience in both for-profits and nonprofits staff is essential. In this episode, I chat with Mark Holman, VP of Corporate Social Responsibility of the Resilience-Building Leaders Program (RBLP).  He shared that the RBLP was founded on the premise that collective resilience is essential for organizational learning and change. We also chatted about an excellent opportunity for nonprofits through their Giving Back Program.  Understanding that Nonprofit work is incredibly challenging and needs resilient teams that can adapt and grow together in adversity, the Giving Back Program was established.  Through the Giving Back Program, RBLP will provide exam prep training and leadership certifications with $200,000 in-kind donations to nonprofits.
