Welcome back from Holiday. So excited to be back today for Week 1 of
RBS. This year, we will be doing both audio (on spotify) and video on
Youtube to give the people visuals (since Beyonce wont do it).
This first episode is simply catching up since the last episode,
birthday blues and setting expectation for the year.
I also talked about how beneficial it is to have a theme of the year to
help drive your year so that you are not overwhelmed with all the goals
no matter how tiny they can be.
