Meanwhile other members of the crew are starting to suffer inexplicable genetic mutations. When the doctor and B'Elanna find clues to what's happening, they are immediately sabotaged. What is happening!? When the doctor and Seven team up to identify an invisible invasion on Voyager, it may be too late because Janeway has snapped. In a way that only Janeway can.
