The Body Zone is an educational video podcast designed for children to learn about a healthy lifestyle with age-appropriate games which emphasizes exercise. It will also provide information on restaurant nutrition, snack ideas and tips about portion control.

My podcast is an interior design show, focusing on different elements that can be brought together and carefully arranged in a way to create a visually-pleasing display. The importance in using well-thought design is emphasized along with the use of colors, dimension and creating a sense of balance.

Well what can I sat that this was a day for the drama department because not only they had accomplished the long grueling hours for tommy which was a hard production.
