Dr. Crystal Hurd has thought about this for over a decade and concluded he definitely was because (among other things) of the influence or impact he has had on so many people. After completing her doctoral thesis in 2012 where she examined the topic, she expanded her research and the result is a book new for 2022, The Leadership of C.S. Lewis. In this podcast interview, she provides an overview of (as her subtitle reveals) the ten traits of a leader that encourages change and growth. They include humility, courage, resilience, and creativity.
