The No. 1 Auburn Tigers BEAT No. 17 Kentucky inside Rupp Arena for the first time since 1988, clinching a share of the SEC Regular Season Title! Miles Kelly was HOT in the first half, accounting for 14 of Auburn’s first 21 points. Chad Baker-Mazara and Tahaad Pettiford were productive offensively as well, CBM with 16 first half points, Pettiford with 11. Kelly, Baker-Mazara, and Pettiford were responsible for 44 of Auburn’s 49 first half points. Auburn led for all but 19 seconds of the game, the Tigers largest lead was 22, (65-43) 5 minutes into the second half. With the win, Dylan Cardwell surpassed Jaylin Williams, becoming the all-time winningest player in Auburn Basketball history. Up next for the Auburn Tigers: a road trip to Texas A&M and another matchup with Alabama inside Neville Arena to wrap up the regular season.
