In this episode, we discuss the  2008 release, Godspeed on the Devil's Thunder: The Life and Crimes of Gilles de Rais, by extreme metal band Cradle of Filth. This album is an important influence on Carl's personal and scholarly identity, and like all good things, the rest of us find stuff to complain about.

No, but really, we had a good time recording this episode. It feels good to be back and we hope you enjoy Reactionally Speaking.

In which the troop discusses Vol 1 and Vol 2 of the graphic novel series Fables. They also forget to share their first call drinks because Matt's beverage was that bad. 

To celebrate Matt's 2500 unique check in on Untappd, Pete and Carl's official completion of their PhDs, and Mike's confirmation that Blink 182 was right, we had a little party.
