Welcome to episode 13! We started Good Morning America's book club pick River Sing Me Home. Jessi struggled with paying full price for an electronic copy. Can you shame a girl for wanting to save a few bucks? We made it through the first 3 or so chapters so grab a glass of wine and follow along. We are glad you are here!

This week everyone had a sunburn and it is the last week we talk about The Invisible Life of Addie Larue. Becky gave it the old college try and fell asleep in public! Jessi was very close to the end and Shelby was a little over halfway. We determined that adjectives must equal boredom because this book sure had an unnecessary amount of them. We drank a bottle of wine called Clean Slate that was tasty but the bottle at the end called Bread and Butter didn't make the cut. If you make it all the way to the end of this episode I'm sorry for all the whistling.....we won't do it again. Also, we picked our next book Credence by Penelope Douglas but *SPOILER ALERT* we put it down as fast as we picked it up. Jessi is very passionate about why if you ever want her opinion, send us a DM and she will bore you to death with the details.

The struggle is real this week, it seems near impossible to stay on task! Becky and Shelby have decided that if you need a good nap then go ahead and pick up The Invisible Life of Addie Larue. They are going to give it one more week but make no promises to finish the book. Join us for toe-nail talk and mediocre wine this week!

This week we had terrible wine but the Sunflower Tasting Room saved the day and had a spare bottle of wine for us, Screaming Goat from Traveling Vineyards. We also discuss the first 17 chapters of The Invisible Life of Addie Larue. Some like it some sleep through it.

This week we finished The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo and started The Invisible Life of Addie Larue. We took an extra week break because Jessi was traveling in California but she brought back some tasty wine!!!

This week we recorded outside on the patio!! While it may sound like a war zone we promise nobody was hurt during the recording of this podcast.
