I'm inspired by all things science, but the idea of whales being descended from a creature who originally spent most of its time on land then evolved to live in the sea instead really fires me up. I kinda wish I could live in the sea right about now.
Talking about Pakicetus the "first whale" and bacteria here on Earth that can create organosilicon compounds.
