On today's podcast I am talking with MaryKate Schmitt about her fitness business and lifestyle. I found MK during the summer of 2020 thanks to one of my best friends and I started exercising and learning so much about fitness and eating healthy and even eating more food. MaryKate has grown her business not only since she started by so much in the past year. She quit her day job to do Movement by MK full-time and it's truly her passion. Not only has this business inspired her and her community to live healthier lifestyles but it's provided a way for her and her boyfriend to move back to a place they love and grow their family by four little paws. MK and her community (me included) truly believe that movement is medicine. It was so wonderful to hear from her and that she agreed to come on and talk with me on my podcast.

On today's podcast episode I am chatting with my friend India. India and I met in graduate school to become school counselors. This past school year was both our first year as a school counselor and we each had unique experiences even though we were in the same county. We talk about counseling, graduate school, traveling books and being adults. India is such a wonderful human and I am so glad I was able to meet her through our program and I'm so thankful she was able to come on the podcast and chat with me.
