  • Episode #192 Alisa Gracheva How Consistency, Grounding, And Spiritual Practice Transform Deep Wounds

Healing can feel like trying to untie a knot in the dark or until someone hands you a light. We sat down with licensed mental health counselor and trauma specialist Elisa to explore how Reiki, somatic practices, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy can open real paths to relief without promising quick fixes. From immigrant beginnings to a life devoted to service, Elisa shares how spiritual practice and science meet in everyday tools that restore calm, clarity, and hope.

We trace her first encounters with Reiki and why it became a foundation for both self care and client work. We dig into the biggest misconceptions around energy healing, what “holding space” actually looks like, and the qualities that make a trustworthy practitioner: gentleness, humility, and an open mind. On the practical side, we break down grounding skills for sympathetic dominance, why small daily practices beat occasional breakthroughs, and how to tell your healing is working when life tests you—like choosing grace in traffic or meeting grief with breath.

Alisa  also unpacks the neuroscience of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in clear, human terms. You’ll hear how increased neuroplasticity can help rewire stubborn patterns in depression, anxiety, and trauma, and why integration and habit-building matter more than any single session. We close with her favorite reading list (Wayne Dyer, Joe Dispenza, Anita Moorjani), details on her upcoming trauma course, and where to find her book “Walking With Spirit.” If you’re craving a grounded, non-dogmatic approach that honors both data and the sacred, this conversation offers a map you can actually use.
Alisa Gracheva deeply passionate about trauma work and is dedicated to integrating both traditional and alternative healing approaches to support deep, lasting transformation. With expertise in methods such as EMDR, CBT, Logotherapy, and Spiritual Guidance, as well as Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), she helps clients access profound healing. Believing that trauma lives in the body and that reconnection with the Higher Self is essential for true peace, Alisa brings a spiritually grounded approach to mental health. She has extensive experience supporting individuals in crisis, those with mental health and substance use disorders, and has spent years working with sacred plant medicine, energy work, sound healing, and integration. Her specialties include Trauma, KAP, Grief and Loss, Life Transitions, and Spiritual Growth.

  • Episode #191 What are you up to now Rose Wippich? From Burnout To Alignment: Reiki, Journaling, And The Courage To Pivot

A special Ready Set Reiki as I circle back around to past guests to find out what they up to now? What if the dream you manifested finally arrives—and the person you are now no longer wants it? We open up about divine timing, the courage to pivot, and choosing alignment over obligation. With Rose: teacher, energy alchemist, podcaster, and breast cancer warrior—we explore practical ways to reclaim your throne: a grounded physical sanctuary and an inner seat of intuitive power that guides every yes and no.

We dive into seasons of life and the tools that keep you centered through each one. Journaling becomes a compass for foggy months, revealing patterns you miss in the rush of parenting, caregiving, and career shifts. We talk about adding timelines to intentions, blessing them with Reiki, and still practicing discernment when they land. Burnout gets honest airtime too: stepping back after big projects, ignoring comparison culture, and building offers that feel organic—like workshops before long programs—so the work stays joyful and sustainable.

Teaching emerges as a surprising calling for many practitioners. You may start with sessions and discover your deepest impact is training others, amplifying healing across communities. We share stories of transformation, the value of retaking trainings with new teachers, and why collaboration beats competition—especially among women lifting one another’s work. Expect grounded takeaways: protect your pace, laugh often, write things down, and let adventure find you, whether that’s a new workshop or a month living in London. If you’re navigating a pivot or seeking your next step in Reiki, this conversation offers clarity, courage, and gentle direction.

Enjoy the episode, then subscribe, leave a review, and share it with a friend who’s ready to choose alignment this year.

A Journey of Self-Discovery and Healing

Rose's path to becoming an Energy Alchemist was shaped by life's challenges and triumphs. Before embracing her spiritual calling, she built a successful career in the corporate world, managing multi-million-dollar projects for Fortune 500 companies. However, it was during this time that she began her spiritual journey, turning to yoga, meditation, and Reiki to navigate personal struggles, including the loss of her mother.

A pivotal moment in Rose's life came during a Reiki session when she received a prophetic vision of having twins—a vision that materialized eight years later with the birth of her identical twin boys. This powerful experience not only gave her hope and guidance but also deepened her commitment to energy work and healing.

Rose's dedication to energy healing deepened when her twin sons were diagnosed with a medical condition. Drawing on her skills as a Reiki Master & Teacher, she used energy work to support their healing process. This experience solidified her belief in the transformative power of Reiki and energy work, inspiring her to share her knowledge with others.

What if healing could be simpler, kinder, and closer to the bedside than we think? Tracy sits down with Teresa Morris a registered nurse, midwife, hospice caregiver, and longtime Reiki teacher—to map a path from conventional care to energy work that feels practical, ethical, and deeply human. Teresa shares how meditation led her to the Reiki symbols, why she shifted from Healing Touch to Reiki’s non-directive intelligence, and how quiet intention can ease a hospital room without calling attention to itself.

The heart of the conversation is grief and growth. She walks through accessible tools with journaling before and after meditation, using lavender to calm the limbic system, grounding with crystaland offers clinicians discreet ways to support patients: holding a hand with intention, blessing medication, sending distant Reiki after a shift. We also cover what makes a good psychic or teacher; communication, integrity, and the courage to empower rather than upsel.

. If you’re considering a pivot into spiritual work, Teresa’s roadmap is clear: ask why, meditate, journal, research, trust your gut, and move at your own pace. What if your calm isn’t missing—it’s trapped under old emotions that your nervous system is ready to release? We sit down with Michelle Ward, a certified self-sabotage and Emotion Code practitioner, to unpack how stored emotional energy shapes habits, health, and the stories we live by. From early conditioning and religious taboos to quantum-informed perspectives, we explore the real-world shifts that happen when protection patterns melt, and your heart feels safe again.

We trace Michelle’s evolution from nutrition coaching into energy work and talk candidly about the moment thinking harder stopped helping. She explains why belief isn’t required for results, how muscle testing can identify emotions ready to move, and what a “heart wall” is—and why dismantling it can transform connection, purpose, and self-worth. Michelle Ward is a testament to the transformative power of holistic health, embodying the deep,
personal journey of mind, body, and spirit renewal. As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Self
Sabotage Coach, Certified Emotion Code® Practitioner, wife, and mother of two daughters, her
wellness journey began in 1999 amid fertility challenges. Traditional treatments fell short, prompting
Michelle to embrace nutrition and lifestyle changes that not only resolved her issues but also sparked
a profound realization about the impact of nutrition on overall well-being.
Her personal breakthroughs led Michelle to earn a degree in nutrition and a Master of Science in
Coaching and Applied Nutrition. She started her coaching career in 2010, initially focusing on dietary
and lifestyle changes. However, she soon noticed a troubling pattern: clients were relapsing, unable
to maintain their new healthy lifestyles. This observation led to a pivotal shift in 2016, where Michelle
began to delve into the power of mindset, trapped emotional energy, and subconscious influences on
    behavior.
Michelle’s own battles with self-sabotage—a struggle with alcohol, weight gain, and marital discord—
became the catalyst for a profound personal and professional transformation. By embracing and
mastering subconscious reprogramming techniques, including The Emotion Code®—a method used
to identify and release trapped emotions that influence behavior—Michelle not only reclaimed her
health, losing 25 pounds, and dramatically cutting body fat, but she also competed in a fitness competition
    competition and revitalized her marriage.
Now, Michelle specializes in helping women over 45 rediscover their "Elanvital," a term she
passionately uses to describe the innate, vital force within every individual. Her coaching transcends
traditional health and fitness advice, focusing instead on a holistic transformation that addresses the
deep-seated subconscious blocks that often hinder lasting change

  • Episode #188 Nicholas Pearson On History, Practice, And Animal Healing

What happens when you strip Reiki down to what actually works? We sit with Nicholas Pearson—award-winning author, teacher, and lifelong student—to explore how simplicity, scholarship, and sincere practice can transform both our sessions and ourselves. Nicholas shares how “one Reiki” expresses through many systems without losing its center, why the precepts are more than nice words on a wall, and how surrender often invites the most profound change.

We dig into the living history of Reiki with new research that traces transnational roots and dispels narrow myths. Nicholas shows how a flexible, evidence-informed approach strengthens tradition rather than weakens it, and he offers clear criteria for choosing teachers who practice what they preach. We also step into Let Animals Lead, a mindful, consent-driven way to support animals that subtly reshapes how we show up for people too—less fixing, more presence, deeper care.

For practitioners curious about integrating tools, Nicholas outlines an ethical path for using crystals without muddying the work: keep hands-on time clean, disclose add-ons, and let stones support presence instead of becoming the main act. He also previews Reiki Rituals, his forthcoming book on the embodied actions—gassho, precepts, hands-on healing, sacred space—that reliably open the door to non-ordinary awareness. Across lineages, he finds a common heart that invites collaboration over competition.

If you’re ready to refine your practice, unlearn a few myths, and reconnect with the core of Reiki—clarity, humility, and daily devotion—this conversation will meet you where you are. Subscribe, share with a fellow practitioner, and leave a review with your biggest takeaway so we can keep building this thoughtful, heart-centered community.

Nicholar has been pursuing my love of all things related to crystals, rocks, minerals, and gemstones for the past three decades.

Combining my background in mineral science with my love of healing, spirituality, and folklore, I strive to illustrate how and why crystals can change our lives.

As an avid Reiki practitioner and shihan (師範, “instructor” or “Reiki master”), I’m also passionate about understanding the roots of the system of Reiki so we can better appreciate where Reiki can take us.

My books and classes help bridge the scientific with the spiritual, the philosophical with the practical, the mundane with the mystical. I want to empower you to take your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being into your own hands, with information you can trust.

Early three decades ago, my childhood love for rocks was transformed when my grandfather gave me my very first proper mineral specimen: quartz from Hot Springs, Arkansas. From that day onward, my love for rocks and minerals crystallized into something special.

I pursued school with academic rigor, diving headfirst into all areas of study. Science emerged as one of my favorite subjects; even as a child,d I read voraciously about natural history, earth science, ecology, and biology. Early on, I found another love in the realm of folklore, mythology, and world religion.

Before long, ong I came to understand that both science and spirituality describe a lot of the same phenomena: one through the tangible and quantifiable, the other through meaning and metaphor. Ever since, I’ve strived to be a bridge between the two, allowing each one to enrich my understanding of the other.

I attended Stetson University on a music scholarship with the intention of being a music educator after graduating. The fast-paced world of music didn’t bring me as much joy as it had since adolescence, and I realized it was time to pursue new horizons.

Thankfully, I’d been assigned to work at the Gillespie Museum, an earth science museum on campus that’s home to one of the largest rock and mineral collections in the southeastern United States. To my surprise, the univer

  • Episode #187 Carolyn woodHealing The Heart: From Grief To Growth

What if the first step to real healing isn’t hustle or “positive vibes,” but feeling safe enough to hear yourself again? That question threads through our conversation with Carolyn Wood, a certified heart healer, hypnotherapist, and mind coach whose path from early loss to purposeful service will resonate with anyone navigating burnout, grief, or the quiet ache of “not enough.”

We start with Carolyn’s turning point—recognizing a lifetime of anxiety that felt normal until it didn’t—and move into the practices that changed her trajectory: rapid transformational therapy, EFT tapping, Reiki, and heart healing. She breaks down what hypnotherapy actually is (heightened focus, not mind control), why subconscious memories can freeze at the age we first felt an emotion, and how revisiting those moments with compassion frees the adult self to choose differently. Along the way, we tackle the scarcity mindset, the hidden loops steering our decisions, and the body’s role in carrying what the mind avoids.

Carolyn also shares the inspiration behind her High Vibe Besties Book Club and her new Feel Good Academy, designed to start where most programs don’t—creating safety—then exploring core wounds like enoughness, love, worth, acceptance, and trust. We swap practical tools for handling daily triggers, discuss what to look for in a practitioner who honors heart, mind, body, and soul, and highlight books that actually land: The Four Agreements, Anatomy of the Spirit, and The Alchemist. Expect grounded insights, gentle challenges, and takeaways you can use immediately.

  • Episode #186 Laura Ordile Hypnosis, Color, And The Subconscious: Practical Paths To Real Change

What if change could feel easier than you’ve been told? We sit down with hypnotherapist and color coach  Laura Ordile to explore how subconscious work, NLP, and energy practices can loosen old loops, quiet anxiety, and turn insight into lasting action. Laura shares why hypnosis became her “practical” choice, how early protective parts can keep us stuck, and what it takes to update those patterns with compassion instead of force.

We dig into common myths—no one can make you cluck like a chicken without consent—and focus on what actually happens in a session: integration, not erasure; movement, not suppression. Laura explains the “root-and-weed” model of trauma, how NLP unhooks intense emotion from memories in minutes, and why emotions are meant to pass through rather than define our days. For the skeptics and the curious alike, she offers grounded examples: easing IBS and chronic pain, untangling anxiety, and helping habits shift when willpower alone falls short.

One of the most surprising tools is color. White for clarity, blue for truth, green for abundance—anchoring your intention with a visible cue trains the mind to gather the right signals from the world. We also share how to choose a practitioner you trust, what red flags to avoid, and why falling asleep during deep work can be a sign your system finally feels safe. The core message is simple but powerful: you’re never too broken to heal, and the moment you take a step, the path steps back.

Ready to try a gentler, smarter route to change? Listen now, subscribe for more conversations about Reiki and energy work, and leave a review with the color you’re activating this week.

  • Episode #185 Mayumi Pachkoski Skeptic To Six Figures: Building An Energy Healing Business

A New Year of Reiki Set Reiki

What if your skincare routine could carry intention—and your healing practice could carry itself? Tracy sits down with  Mayumi Pachkoski, a Japan-born aesthetician and energy healer who built a six-figure salon from scratch and now mentors practitioners to grow with clarity, ethics, and calm. From her early skepticism to the moment clients began feeling “something more” in her facials, Mayumi shares how Reiki and kaizen turned curiosity into a credible business.

We explore a lesser-known history: why many Japanese people never learned about Reiki post–World War II, and how the practice quietly resurfaced after flourishing abroad. That context reframes modern misconceptions—this isn’t a trend, it’s a resilient tradition. Mayumi also addresses client fears about “bad energy,” offering clear language for what actually shifts during a session: stagnation clears, flow returns, and life softens. She gives practical ways to bring energy into skincare—infusing products with intention, engaging palm chakras during cleansing, and visualizing renewal—so everyday rituals become mini tune-ups.

Then we get tactical. Mayumi’s business guidance blends mindset and mechanics: start on the side while you save, invest in real business skills, price with self-respect, and focus growth on one lever at a time. She explains how money is simply energy in motion, how to release guilt around charging, and why consistency beats aesthetics for ROI. We talk boundaries, referrals when your calendar is full, entity choices, and the underrated power of “Reiki-ing” your business—goals, systems, and finances included.

If you’re a healer ready to grow without burnout, this conversation offers a grounded map: fewer, better moves, repeated with intention. Subscribe, share with a practitioner friend, and leave a review telling us your next 1% improvement—what are you ready to align?

  • Episode #184 Healing In Motion With Dr. Emma Wagner

What if the strongest medicine is the moment you finally trust your body? Our conversation with Dr. Emma Wagner travels from a guardian angel’s nudge at age twelve to the grounded science of chiropractic and the subtle art of energy work. Emma shows how anatomy, mindset, and spirit can live in the same room, letting pain teach without letting it define you. Her story of emergency C‑section recovery reframes healing as surrender plus smart habits: anti-inflammatory nutrition, nervous system regulation, and consistent hands-on care.

We dig into a hot-button topic: can faith and energy work coexist? Emma’s approach is radically respectful—no dogma, no conversion, just clear boundaries and open channels so clients stay rooted in their beliefs while exploring their own energy. If the word Reiki triggers you, you’ll hear a compassionate reframe. We also unpack practical strategy: how to choose a practitioner, why weekly tune-ups beat crisis care, and how intention, touch, and alignment change an adjustment from mechanical to transformative. Along the way, we talk about journaling early insights so they don’t vanish, using intuition as a guidepost, and tailoring steps to the person in front of you rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Whether you’re searching for holistic pain relief, curious about chiropractic and energy medicine together, or ready to build a sustainable self-care rhythm, you’ll find grounded wisdom and actionable steps. Dr. Emma Wagner, a distinguished chiropractor

from San Clemente Vitality, epitomizes the essence

of holistic healthcare. With over two decades of

experience alongside her husband and partner, Dr.

Burton Wagner, she passionately advocates for a

healthy, active lifestyle through an integrative blend of chiropractic care, energy medicine, functional medicine, and nutritional coaching. Dr.Emma's unique approach transcends conventional

    boundaries, harmonizing the physical and

emotional aspects of well-being. Her dedication not

only guides individuals in tapping into their healing

power but also fosters a deep sense of connection

and vitality, making her a true visionary in

enhancing the quality of life for her patients.

    The Start

Born in Alegria, Dr. Emma was introduced to

medicine and much of the world through her

father, who was a medical doctor for the French

army. From age 14, she suffered from chronic

headaches and consulted her father, who

    Recommended prescription medication. Struggling

to maintain her physical, emotional, and spiritual

well-being while using the prescribed medication,

She began to explore homeopathic medicine with

her mother. In harnessing the power of the mind,

She alleviated her headaches through energy

healing, a practice she shares with her patients

    today.

At 21, Dr. Emma’s curiosity led her to visit a

chiropractor, who explained to her the body’s ability

to heal itself and to self-regulate. A week later, she

started chiropractic school in Paris. She transferred

to Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward,

California, where she met her husband in 1998. A

year after graduating in 2000, the couple relocated

to France and opened a chiropractic practice

    together in 2002.

    The Practice

Chiropractic is the practice of stimulating

    the nervous system to enhance

communication between the brain and the

different organs in the body so that the

body can function better. Within the

  • Episode #183 Kerith Taylor How An Empath Turned Pain Into A Healing Practice

What if the thing that once made you feel different became the compass that guides your life? We sit with Reiki practitioner and spiritual coach Kara Taylor to explore how childhood visitations, a life‑altering loss, and years in corporate shaped an empath who leads with feeling first. Kara shares the intimate arc from fairy footprints to a grounded Reiki practice, revealing how boundaries, discernment, and daily rituals can turn energetic overwhelm into steady clarity.

We dive into the moment Reiki gave language to what her body already knew, and how learning the chakras reframed “too sensitive” as “highly attuned.” Kara talks candidly about setting limits with both people and spirit, why alignment matters more than aesthetics when choosing a practitioner, and how lunar cycles and the Schumann resonance can amplify what sensitives pick up. She also addresses common myths—especially the idea that Reiki is religious—offering a calm, inclusive view that honors faith while keeping the focus on energy, intention, and healing outcomes.

For aspiring healers, Kara’s advice is refreshingly practical: release timelines, find mentors, hire help for the tasks that drain you, and build community before scaling. We also tour her services—one‑on‑one Reiki, empath coaching, NLP for limiting beliefs, and meditation support—and preview her 2026 beachfront retreat designed to help newcomers safely experience modalities like sound baths, yoga, and mini Reiki sessions.

Reiki Practitioner • Empath & Spiritual Coach • Founder of The Empowered Empath™ Kerith Taylor is a Reiki practitioner, spiritual life coach, and the creator of The Empowered Empath™.
, an emerging community and forthcoming podcast that helps highly sensitive people
embrace their gifts with clarity, grounding, and empowerment.
Keith's understanding of energy and emotional sensitivity began early. She was raised in a home where expression and emotional safety were limited-her mother communicated through anger and intensity, while her father, an empath himself, kept his sensitivity quiet in a time when intuition was often labeled as "too much," "strange," or "woo woo." Growing up between
emotional chaos and unspoken emotional depth shaped Kerith into an observer, a feeler, and eventually a seeker. While others made sense of life through what they could see, Kerith learned to navigate by what she could feel. Her sensitivity became her guidance system long before she had language for it.
After years of pushing her sensitivity down to survive in both family dynamics and high-demand corporate environments, Kerith reached a point of awakening. She began exploring meditation, energy work, and somatic healing practices, and that is where she encountered Reiki. Her first experience with Reiki felt like remembering something ancient, like coming home to herself.
From that moment, she committed to deep training and integration of Reiki as a foundation for her personal healing and for the work she now shares with others.
Today, Kerith supports clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals through Reiki, empath coaching, and healing workshops, with her first retreat currently being planned for 2026. Her mission is to help people understand their sensitivity not as a burden, but as a powerful internal guidance system. She teaches others how to ground, protect their energy, and live aligned with their truth.
Kerith believes that empathy is a superpower-one the world needs now more than ever.
