This episode looks at the routine I follow for my warm up /cool down with my border collie Blitz. I find having a routine helps prepare us both physically and mentally for running the Hoopers course.

It also can highlight areas to keep an eye on that may need attention whilst they are just a niggle before they become a major concern.
