In today's Episode my teacher and founder of Sacred Woman Awakening, Diana Beaulieu is joining me, sharing her story of how her long-repressed childhood sexual traumas sent her on a deep healing journey from which Diana's unique modality of Womb Healing and Awakening was born.
In this episode Diana speaks about how our past traumas impact the relationships we attract into our lives. She shares her embodied understanding and lived experience of that the womb is so much more than "just" an organ.
She touches on why it is the birthright of every woman to fully inhabit and embody her sacred womb space and talks about the reasons, why most women are disconnected from their wombs and how it can show up in their lives.
This is such a powerful episode that every woman should listen to. During the Episode Diana guides us through a short practice on how to connect with your womb in a simple and gentle way.
"I think of the womb as an embodied akashic record of every woman and within her womb she carries the seed and secrets of her own soul"

In a time where we're culturally being programmed into believing that having children is a burden and that being a Mother is being labelled with anything else but sacred.
We are being told that wanting to become a Mother comes from cultural programming, when in fact it is our birthright.
I've invited my dear sister Vivan on the Podcast to rewrite the stories about Motherhood that which we are being fed. How can we really know what it means to be a Mother when most of the stories we hear are about how challenging, how time consuming and how bad for the planet it is to have children. That is why we are rewriting the stories of birth and of Motherhood.
"Mothering inspires my work, it inspires all of my relationships, it's my anchor" ~Vivian McKinnon
Me, myself have been deeply programmed into believing that being a Mother is less than and that having children is a burden and will rob me of my freedom. I'm still deep in the process of deprogramming from this.
This episode is for you if you're not a Mother (yet), but are slowly awakening to the agendas behind this and are deprogramming yourself from the conditioning. Of course as well as if you ARE a Mother and want to get inspired by Vivian's way of mothering.

In this episode I talk about my own story of reclaiming soul parts of me that have been frozen in the past and that were unconsciously reliving old patterns and situations. I also talk about the importance of doing deep energetic work to clear old patterns and heal deep wounds.
"We cannot erase what has happened to us in the past, it is part of our life story, it is what has shaped us into the being that we are today."
