Episode 93 we discuss Romans 6:11-12…People often say someone is “dead to them” though this person still lives…this persons life has no effect, influence or power in the their life. When something is “dead to you” it is unable, ineffective, dead, powerless…It cannot be heard, felt, seen and no longer has the ability to function or live as a part of life. In the same way, sin cannot be destroyed, only rendered inoperative…in other words…sin doesn’t die, it’s just dead to you. Sin isn’t dead in you if sin’s passions or lusts rule, control or have the greatest influence in our lives. We also discuss taking a shower everyday, chicken pox and R Kelly. Wow. 90 of these bad boys. I'm humbled and grateful to be used consistently. So this week we talk about Jesus. No sooner than He left the wilderness filled with the spirit to begin His ministry, He read a scripture that would prepare the world for what He was about to embark on. This scripture is the work in the "greater works" Jesus spoke of us doing. So why are we so far off the mission. It's because we don't embrace the mission statement. Charity is with me once again on this journey. I'm not stopping. If that statement don't make you happy, it's ok, it makes God happy. Enjoy.

There are alot of things we think are reserved for after dark, removed from the confines of church but repressed in the confines of our minds. We need to recognize Jesus is after dark--He wants to reveal the things that, when concealed, leave us opressed.
