Real Conversations with Life Coach Jen Foster

If you’ve ever wondered about what it’s like to work with a Life Coach, this is a great episode to listen to! What does it take to feel good about feeling good? Do you enjoy your life as it is right now? What are your values in life? How often do you celebrate your successes AND failures? This is a POWERFUL conversation with my first Life Coach, Clint Griess. Yes, a pandemic is here, but life DOES NOT STOP. Are you honoring your values in all things? Are you experiencing a DEEP SATISFACTION in life?

Thanks for listening! Don’t forget to take the time to take Clint’s free Life Coaching exercise on his website, clintgriess.com!

Too much BS is circulating out there about how we should be accomplishing something absolutely groundbreaking during quarantine. Well I say fuck that, and so does my long term friend and Life Coach, Jeanette Stevenson. In this episode, we talk about what you can be allowing for yourself instead during these times of groundlessness and uncertainty. If you need someone to talk to, please feel free to email me at [email protected].

Back again with my brilliant friend Stacey, and this time we are talking about her recovery from getting the Coronavirus, quarantine addictions, what it’s like to grow up with an alcoholic parent, and what it takes to get on the road to recovery from addiction. Do you think you might be an alcoholic or an addict? You might find your answer in this episode.

Having petty arguments with your partner during quarantine? Feel like you’re a kid in a sandbox having sand thrown in your face? Don’t worry, it doesn’t mean your relationship is over. It’s normal! But why are you doing it? How do you recover with love?

Messages from the Quarantine Universe. Prompted after listening to Micah Nelson’s song, “Everything Is Bullshit.”

This episode features my guest, Mananya Komorowski, who is a talented force to be reckoned with in the corporate world in Chicago. Mananya and I have known each other for 15 years, and she has a unique story that I want to share. Thailand born and raised in the US, she met her now husband (Stan), 25 years ago, through messenger on AOL 1.5. Yep. 1.5! It’s a hilariously touching story you don’t want to miss! We also touch on what it’s like to make the decision to not have kids during these times. If you’re on the fence about having children, we offer our personal experience and viewpoint to the conversation.

Join me with my friend and former power Attorney, Stacey Patterson. In this episode we talk about grocery shopping during Covid-19, what it’s like growing up Black in an all White neighborhood, what it’s like to be a Black Debutante, the experience of Interracial dating & marriage, and how to date during quarantine!

A deeper reflection on Season 1, episode 1. Tips for having fun with Internet dating, and how to know if you’ve found “the one.”

In this first episode I talk to one of my best friends and Certified Life Coach, Jeanette Stevenson. Sit back and give a listen as we informally discuss Life Coaching (is it a bunch of BS?), vulnerability, and Internet dating in your 40s and 50s.

A brief explanation of why I started this podcast. It is my deepest hope and desire that you experience transformation at the deepest level possible.
