This episode is about being healthy, not just physically but mentally while we work, grow our business, raise our kids, live our life and just BE on this earth. I talk about Real Estate Sales Funnel Agency with SOUL! this is what I am talking about. I mean not just selling, but learning, growing, being, not being, not doing anything, sitting around doing nothing, meditating, appreciation, giving thanks, serving, giving...oops did I say that twice oh well we should all be giving more. Don't forget to check out my FREE Resource on Richnicheacademy.com under the Mindset and Healthy Living section.
I am as real as they come, not trying to pretend to be someone I am not, not trying to sell you something you don't understand! So how are you living healthy while you build your business?
Let me know what you think of this episode about being a healthy entrepreneur
This episode is about something I heard at 1:00am the other night and how I feel about it! Ask yourself "Do I like real estate" Be Honest? I ask you this because the part you probably don't like has nothing to do with doing real estate. It has to do with what it takes to keep organized, get business, followup and market yourself. Real Estate Services are helping people find homes, sell homes (which does include marketing, I am not saying that) but it is about relationships, helping, encouraging, counseling (YEP!) , negotiating. If you look at this list and for one second think you are not a counselor in some way, you need a reality check.
Almost every closing I have, the one thing that is mentioned is that "even though this whole process was stressful having you there as our rock was amazing we can't thank you enough". NOW......let me clarify something, SOMETIMES....WE NEED counseling after we counsel our clients hahaha. no seriously! I am just saying!!
I talk about what I learned in my first 18 months that changed my entire view on real estate and how it can change yours. I hope you enjoy, please comment below, likeand review my podcast and tell me what you want to hear about. in fact I would love to have a guest on my podcast for the next 12 weeks. This episode is all about what the heck basics mean? yes I said it! I think real estate agents (me included) have spent the entire time they THINK they are marketing ....looking at themselves in the mirror. Ok it's not that bad, I love real estate professionals, of course I do, I help them every day. But when I look back, when I look around, and someone still doesn't have business I know they are either new or they don't know how to market themselves. What do I mean? I mean they market themselves!!!!!!!! versus marketing to their customer. They talk talk talk about how they are going to do this, do that, top producer, their sign, their track record blah blah it's like we can't get out of our own ego to just bring value. I mean FREAKIN VALUE like no one has EVERRRRRR!!! I mean like this niche market of yours, you would go down to the depths of the earth for them, dig up the deepest piece of value and share it with them willingly and on video, and on audio and in writing and on social because you care and your job is to help them find the best home in that niche market you serve and you ARE THE ONLY ONE! who can serve them in real estate and they know it!
How does that paragraph make you feel? Does it make you think about what you are putting out. Are you re-posting HGTV crap? Are you interviewing business owners, Are you creating specific landing pages, so specific that when it hits their news feed they can't help but STOP in their tracks and yell to their spouse, "Honey, holy shit, this is us" let's find out what this agent has to offer.
We need to get the basics down, then we can go back to them. We need to focus on the journey of our customer not ourselves. We need to Yes, do hand written note cards, call them frequently, visit them face to face, get out of our houses to prospect.
....BUT!!!!???????
What if I told you that you should be thinking about how you can do farming, cold calling and door knocking ....but digitally! that is what I do, with Real Estate Sales Funnels.

Don't think for a second that you are not judged by your online reviews. In today's real estate entrepreneurial world...the world of digital real estate agents. REVIEWS are OUR CURRENCY! You want to get paid, get more reviews. My struggle to keep this at the forefront of my mind has been going on for years, finally after years of not having processes in place or a virtual assistant to do the job for me, I have automated the review collection and posting process with this custom created client review sales funnel. In this episode I discuss why I created it and the overwhelming response my clients gave me when I sent it out weekly to them.
