Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas Nathan has always been good for business. He moved to Houston when he was 10 and he's been working in the clear lake area for 18 years  How did he get started? At first, he never saw himself as a wholesaler. He worked in many businesses until he became a top seller in most of them. But when he saw his paycheck, he asked himself how to improve that At 22, Nathan dived into Real Estate. After closing a couple of wholesale deals, Nathan saw the growth opportunity in working as a wholesaler, hustling his way up.

Benjamin, 17 years old on March 22. He got into the Marketing world, around 2020 when the Pandemic wiped everything out. He realized how much time he had spent on social media unproductively and he felt that he wasn’t himself. He asked himself: What can I do with this free time? And he chose to make money. He thought how can he make money online? He came across the funnel, Amazon FBA, and he needed money to start. He was scared even to spend 7 dollars on a master class. A year later, he came across another YouTube video about a marketing agency and many other master classes. He learned how to make cold calls. Learned How to close how to sell, watching sell coaches. Kriss Ontiveros “Cash Flow Kriss”, was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He finished High School, and he just wanted to get out and live in a Forest, something green, away from the city, he wanted to figure out who he was. He had a fatal accident, he spent two weeks in a hospital, and almost die. He came home and his mom went to a Real Estate Event, and she didn’t act. He started to read Cash Flow books, he got a library card and started to study, he realized that there were options about investments, working as a self-employed, and he got a Real Estate license and became an agent, then he created an account-building group and expanded.
