James Bobo is the CEO of Bobo Family Group, a 3rd generation real estate investing company. In this episode, James speaks fondly of his grandfather, who started the company through perseverance and determination.

James also has his own story of perseverance, he bought his first house at the age of 16 and started his own real estate business at the age of 19 before re-joining the company business before being fired.

After building success on his own, a tragedy forced James back into the family business and is now the CEO of the Bobo Family Group.
