This week we sit down with Shaun Hildebrand of Urbanation. Urbanation has been tracking the Toronto condo market since 1981. We talked about the latest data from the market which is showing the highest rental demand Toronto has seen in nearly 30 years. Condo ownership rates looked like they have peaked and rental turnover rates are down. What this means for condo investors and more.

The OECD recently said that Canadian real estate prices are overvalued by 33% based on price:income ratio. Will Dunning is an economist who noted that when you use the same premise, you come to the conclusion that rents are undervalued in Canada by 36%. Could this be true? Ryan Rabinovich made his first condo investment when he was just 21 years of age. His friends all told him he was crazy and he nearly listened to them.
